Very interesting. The EU might end up breaking some of the stranglehold Apple and Google exert over different industries.
Of course going with a PWA gets around that.

I think this is good thing to help chip away at the control they have. Never made any sense as on a computer (windows or mac) you can install anything.
No reason for the mobile devices to be different.
