Unless you are trading then the old rule applies: when you decide to get in, do it. The same for getting out.

I have a stack kept separate for when we actually go back up to $3 or even more.
But the one I mention here is my trading capital which relies on movements of a few cents here and there for swinging a few hundred buck here and there ;)
Yeah trading is dependent upon entry and exit points. That is a lot different than playing with long term cash.
