I think decentralized power would be better. I mean, may be we have like 3 leading powerful economies and other nation states take sides where its convvenient.

Judging by the numbers, their production is behind. The Chinese already have their factories going. Plus keep in mind the price difference. There is a huge difference in what it costs them to produce. 10 Chinese EV comps already in EU.
