Playboy Adds Byborg’s Gyorgy Gattyan to Board of Directors
PLBY Group, Inc., a leading pleasure and leisure lifestyle company and owner of Playboy, one of the most recognizable and iconic brands in the world, today announced the appointment of Gyorgy Gattyan to its Board of Directors.
In connection with the appointment of Mr. Gattyan, the Board was expanded from five to seven directors, but is currently composed of six directors and has one vacant seat, which the Board is working to fill with a new independent director as soon as practicable.
