Innovation continued to define PostFinance’s evolution. In 2008, it opened its first advice centers in Lausanne, Basel, and Zurich, enhancing customer access to financial planning. The 2010s saw a strong push toward digitalization: the e-banking system was overhauled in 2014, followed by a website redesign in 2017, and the launch of "Valuu" in 2019, a fully digital mortgage brokerage platform (later sold to Credit Exchange AG in 2023). In 2021, PostFinance partnered with Swissquote to introduce "Yuh," a mobile banking app integrating payments, savings, and investments, reflecting its focus on tech-savvy customers.
PostFinance also adapted to emerging trends, such as offering cryptocurrency access (Bitcoin and Ethereum) in April 2023 through a partnership with Sygnum, responding to growing customer interest in digital assets.
