Finally! A realtor who speaks honestly and isn’t trying to mislead a buyer in order to get a quick commission. What she is saying is spot-on. No, you shouldn’t “buy now because the prices are only going to go up” or “inventory is going to shrink dramatically in the next couple months while people from the north buy up properties again”.
