It is important to note there are really 2 market segments in the AI cloud world (a) startups (b) mid-market and enterprise. It seems likely that “GPU only” business model default works with the startup segment(who have fewer cloud needs), but for large enterprises adoption may be more driven by GPU cloud constraints on major platforms. Do companies providing developer tooling, API endpoints, and/or specialized hardware, or other aspects morph into two other analogous models - (a) “Snowflake/Databricks for AI” model or (b) “Cloudflare for AI”?
