I agree with you about that, 50 rep person is probably not a spammer. he or she is a genuine person ( atleast more chance compared to a 30-40 rep person )
That is where the rep number can be valuable. We are looking at the ability to judge people at least in terms of the frauds and con artists.
And the one who is genuine will probably not face alot of difficulty climbing the rep tree here. Patience and consistency willl help!
