Part 1/3:

Supermarket Showdown: Chefs Unleash Creativity in Blind Grocery Challenges

Breakfast to Go

Chef Logan: I spent $200 on cheese puffs, a frozen turkey, towels, and blankets. I'm making a fried turkey bagel sandwich with cheese puff crumble. The only breakfast item I have is the bagel, so this won't be a typical breakfast, but it will be portable.

Chef Sonia: I made a ham and cheese crepe with an arugula salad. The flavor is good, but I could have used more seasoning. If I had found a way to put the salad inside the crepe, it would have been more of a crepe burrito situation, making it more portable.

Chef Will: I made a Creole salami breakfast sandwich and a homemade strawberry compote with tomatoes and carrots. The ratios are a little off, but the creativity is there.

Part 2/3:

The judges praised the creativity but noted issues with the ratios and textures. Unfortunately, Chef Sonia was eliminated from the competition.

Something Spicy

Chef Logan: I made a Creole pasta dish with fried chicken and vegetables. The judges were pleasantly surprised by the flavors and the juicy, well-cooked chicken.

Chef Will: I made buffalo chicken nachos with an avocado cream and blue cheese drizzle. The presentation was lovely, and the judges enjoyed the spice and flavors.

Chef Molly: I made a mini tostada with mango salsa and spicy sausage. The judges liked the flavorful and spicy combination, though they noted a few stray grains of rice.

In the end, Chef Will was eliminated, and the other two chefs moved on to the final round.

Guilty Pleasure

Part 3/3:

Chef Logan: I made a cherry pie funnel cake, a mountain of guilt with fried, creamy, and fruity elements. The judges felt it could have used even more sugar.

Chef Molly: I made a bagel ice cream sandwich with peanut butter caramel. The judges found it delectable and a great sandwich.

The judges determined that Chef Molly delivered the guiltiest of pleasures, and she emerged victorious in the supermarket showdown.
