I see this in some people, now I know what to call it. I wish they would just move on because it makes more work for me. Most of them cant do any better so they stick around.

It certainly is hurting both the employer and coworkers for those only doing minimum work to get by. I think the free market will fix this issue because once economy slows the least productive people usually are first out the door. !PIZZA !LUV
