Don't be a Slave to your Salaries

For every work done, there is a reward and that implies to the working industry system in the world. If you are working for your boss probably in one organisation or probably in n a business sector, you will be expecting a reward for your work which is tagged salaries.

Salaries amount varies depending on the job, the number of hours used in working and most especially that particular region. Salaries have been one of the trap that a lot of business owners have used to bind their worker down

If you don't really get both the pros and cons of salaries much more enough, you can remain a captive to it. I have seen people who they don't really have a solid financial state before they start working but due to their salaries they were earning then though it might be small but they started somewhere

They begin to build form it and expand their source of income. Some were able to save some good tangible amount of money from their penny salary to start their own business which later boom and then make them to be free from the captive of salaries

While others are unaware of this and still serve their salaries till now and even till old age. You should not be a captive to your salaries. It should be a catalyst to spring you forward financially. You start little and you climb gradually to the top

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying working for someone is bad or you earning some good amount of money is bad. All I am saying is you should not be a captive to your salaries. Some people before they collected their salaries, a lot of debt have already been in place to be cleared and a lot of expense to be meet and at the end of the day, there is little amount of money left even after collecting their monthly salary.

By doing so months after months, it makes them to be captive and subjected to be slave to the salaries which will limit them in life financially
