It is to reward the engagers . If I like your comment , I will gift you wine .
You can only call it if you have staked 25 WINE in your wallet .
25 WINE staked = 1 call per day.
I have 75 staked so I can call it twice a day .
225 = 3 times a day and so on I guess 5 levels.
So when I call it , I will get 0.1 WINE ( 1st call 0.1 WINE , 2nd call 0.2 WINE and so on ) and the author to whom I called it will get 0.1 WINE in their wallet.

Well, as far as I knew it was something created by the BRO team, but the "project" did not go ahead. I have 1k BROS and I will not sell anytime soon and if one day it is worth anything at least I will make some profit :)

No you have hold a minimum of 1001 ENGAGE in order to give to others.

BUt once you reach to 1001 ENGAGE and if you call it , it won't decrease from your wallet it will just come in from a pool ( like new coins )
