A couple states in the US did that too. One even legalized magic mushrooms. Prohibition is stupid and falling apart at the seems.

I think magic mushies are already legal here, but weed is still prohibited.

Its a larger trend going on. From what people see, they don't see weed as a reason for such harsh punishments if they do it properly.

There is no reason to punish people for weed. It is stupid. Tobacco and alcohol are legal yet weed is not. Makes me start to buy into those who promote the idea that weed has actually medicinal benefits.
Either way, that is one positive about CA, I think they are getting very lax with the cannabis laws out there.

Yea but they are lax even with normal crimes... All those people walking in to steal from shops then leave.
