This nanoengineered material could be better than Kevlar at stopping bullets. As per usual, the military applications of it are being highlighted for the moment, but if it actually proves to be viable it could be useful in many industries as a lightweight, highly resistant material.

Well that would be interesting as a material but I have a huge feeling it will be military use only for a long while.

I would rather see it being used for non-violent industries instead of bullet stopping.
