On threads, whatever you want, literally whatever. Even I randomly talk about things like my blood pressure or that I'm making yogurt.
If it's for articles, there is a community called LeoFinance that is for finance related content.
And on the community sections you can scroll and see that there are communities for everything: food, photography, music, gaming, cars, sports, etc
