Buying an already made one is not so much better as one may end up buying a poorly built house which becomes a liability.

Agree with you. This has a high possibility to be true in countries or locations where building quality is mostly being sacrificed to look good. I've seen a few houses here where the quality is not acceptable for my personal preference.

      Very true. Over here it's quite similar. Unless you have a friend who's into construction you may never know
