Which reward are you claiming?
If it's referral rewards, I think you are not yet qualify to claim it. The person you refered need to be active for the rewards to be claimable.
As for earnings on activities, rewards are claimable until after 7 days. Leo rewards goes to your wallet automatically after 7 days, while you will need to claim HBD rewards.
