There was one particular person I couldn't respond to some few minutes ago. He was talking about some project that pays 50 to 100 dollars monthly. I left his thread to another thread and I was able to reply.
The reply to that person simply went on a loading loop and then it said http something... Don't remember
i can comment with no issues.

Here on notification I can reply. But on the feeds my comment doesn't work. It keeps spinning.
Clear the cache and cookies and revert.
