Yep, I know a family that refused to sell to Walmart, so Walmart basically built right up to their back yard. Then a hotel came to try and buy, nope, so the hotel built around them. Then another business, nope, built around them lol. Their property and that shitty old house are worth a fucking FORTUNE right now, lol, and they are within walking distance to EVERYTHING they need, lol.
