On Hive, any Hive/HBD sent to null gets zeroed out every block.

could the holdings of nulls HE assets be moved anywhere? I don't know the technical bg. Is null able to send tokens or is it receive only?
Would require contract changes but they can be zerod out. I mean there is no scenario where null should have staked coins yet it does.

No it does not. @null maintains a balance and even has stake. Layer one removes Hive/HBD balance every block.
