WEB 3.0
Internet has made our life so simple that everything is just one click away from us. If Internet would not have been there , probably nothing like this would ever happen . we would still be doing same old things . No online food , no car pooling would have been there. No word like BLOCKCHAIN , Crypto would have been there .
The origin of Internet was in early 1990's (1992-2004) and it was called Web 1.0 . So at that we were only able to read , we could not change or do anything else.
As the time grew , more people got to know about INTERNET ,it started to change . Various new things came in the market like MP3 , Mp4 , content creation etc. Now we can also shop through Internet . This phase till now from 2004 is known as WEB 2.0. With the advancement of technology many new things came to exist . In order to make services more smooth for users companies started to take our data like location and based on that they will show the content we want . But the companies started to sell or give our data to other companies (like to soap , food etc.)
So here in big companies the CEO make the rules and regulations. They have our data and have full monopoly over it . Everything is centralized and is formally WEB 2.0

Now the scenario has been changing. We are shifting toward de-centralized world (WEB 3.0)
De-centralized means no one in this world have control to any of our data like social media , search history and more. We will be the owner of our data. Many new things would come to play here in WEB 3.0.
Web 3.0 will be the future. All the projects that will be in Web 3.0 will be built on the base of BLOCKCHAIN . Anyone in this world can have access to to BLOCKCHAIN . Most important thing about BLOCKCHAIN is that it will never shut down , its server will be live 24*7 .

in order for such a democracy to take place, we must discuss the concept of the metaverse
Metaverse and Web 3.0, I don't think these are two separate ways.
WEB 3.0 refers to the infrastructure of this work, the metaverse superstructure, the universes surrounding it, the user experience.
