In 2018, I also had some nice numbers on paper, then Steem tanked from 6$ to 10 cents and all that was left for the next 2 years were pennies on the dollar
I guess it all depends on the personal risk tolerance, but what I've learned is that numbers on paper are just that: numbers on paper.
Now, I'm obviously not saying that one should realize all their gains, especially now in a dumped market, but if this crypto/web3 thingy is as big as we all think it will be then it's a marathon for 10+ years.
No advice, just my opinion: if you think you can make more money doing something in crypto instead of doing your current day-job, then take the correct measures.
