I enjoyed reading your post. For education I want to recommend:
https://www.acumenacademy.org/
https://www.edx.org/
Acumen teaches a lot of social entrepreneur skills and a lot of their courses are free and they still give you a certificate even though the course is free.
EDx has a lot of courses from the top universities in the world. These courses are also free, but you have to pay money if you want to get a certificate. If you just want to pick up business skills. I would say this is a great resource.
If your goal is diversify into stocks I would recommend an ETF over a single stock. You can try something broad like VTI or something more concentrated in technology like ARKK, but you are on the right track. Don't put all your money in one asset class. Spread them with stocks, real estate, currency, commodities, and even sheep :)
