That would be a great thing to do.
Not yet.
Best practise for now would be to copy/paste what you say on Threads to Twitter.
Then reply to your tweet saying something like 'come join the conversation and earn some money on Web3 social media' + the link.
I don't think we can auto post threads to twitter.
Just keep in mind that the Twitter link previews are uglyyyy.
Nobody is going to just click an ugly link that looks like a crypto scam after text.
So you have to make it as clean and legit as you can by repurposing the content.
