You are right, when things are good, people share their story and onboard people. When things look less great, they tend to fall silent. I can speak for myself when I say that while the rewards were GREAT, I shared my story of content creation a lot more and onboarded some people successfully, while when rewards are so so, this is not the case. It's harder to convince people when you're a little less excited yourself.
Personally, I do tell people about hive whenever I find a person that I see has potential to become a valued content creator.. I try to motivate them, but often they check it out and think, it's new, I don't know it so never mind I will stick to regular social, lol. You know the drill...
Oh for sure. I remember on the previous blockchain during that first hype wave...We had a lot of content creators jumping on board because they were getting 100-200 bucks a post.
And then crickets....lol
