You don't mention burning at all which is central to the way the tokenomics works. You're not wrong about it being a ponzi scheme though. I honestly think it's worse than that.

Users have recently reported other scammy behavior like rewards adjustments and mysterybox scarcity adjustments. Things that they don't mention anywhere is possible, but is undeniably happening.
Lack of transparency is also huge red flags for me. They're really deceptive about a lot of things.
I think it's a straight up scam. If it looks like one, acts like one,....
