Bill Gates' philanthropic work is highly esteemed.
But,
At the politics of each country, We want to distinguish between philanthropy and politics because the attitudes of those who lead the country are different.

    Is it philanthropic or is it control?

    The same could be said for foundations such as Rockefeller.
