No doubt mental health issues are tough problems that need comprehensive approaches to solve. There are no silver bullets here. But having people who feel they need help too afraid to seek it surely isn't a part of the cure.

I only hope that over time at least it will become easier to deal with as society begins to accept it more. This certainly isn't the only major problem plaguing us in this complex world but it is one that hits close to home for me.
