Security is very important indeed. I'm glad I didn't have to learn it the hard way. I did follow all recommendations from experts in the area and got me a cold wallet and also started to spread some assets in multiple hot wallets when needed just in case one is compromised I don't lose all my stuff

It would be such a terrible experience to get drained. I think hearing from these experts and learning from other peoples experiences actually help a lot. As a rule, I do not interact with any stranger, unknown mails or any phishing links. These have also helped me to stay safe.
