Yea it's normal... you have to atualy damage your muscles slightly for them to grow. Of course, if the pain level is too high and persists for a long period of time you should see a doctor because there could be something wrong

the pain was bad yesterday but after a massage it’s so much better now.
I like the size alright but the fact that it’s just one arm is what I’m not okay with.
