If you have any sorts of caffeine right when you wake up.... that could also make you crash. Best is to Wait minimum one hour after getting out of bed.
I stopped drinking coffee since December. My doctor has been telling me I shouldn't have coffee since I was a teen 😅 now I just have it rarely if I go out with friends or something like that. Not breakfast and dinner as I used too.
I never lost sleep bc of coffee, the opposite actually.
Wow congrats on stopping the coffee... it must really really work when you do drink it! I can't have it for dinner anymore... not even passed 4pm!
Thanks! I thought it was going to be harder. I drank it for the flavor, not its effect, not great amounts at a time but several times during the day, but one day it started tasting bad for me. I feel like my body decided it was time to stop it.
Since then I had it 2 times and it tasted good again, but it's no longer part of my routine.
Same with fried food and processed carbs. Basically finally listening to the cardiologist haha.
I wanted before, but I didn't have the money to sustain a diet more focused on protein and veggies than carbs before.
ah yeah got you. My wife (and I guess me too), goes through times like that from time to time with different foods.
Cutting out carbs is a hard one! Sugar too...
We did a thing once called nutrition response testing, it was expensive but it did wonders to help the body recognize the foods we shouldn't eat!!!
Good on you listening to yourself, it's harder to do then in sounds.

Woah, 58/105 is low. No wonder you feel groggy. Maybe try more salty snacks? 🤔 Perhaps that might help
Yeah, I've been eating with more salt than the normal recommended, drinking water. I have dysautonomia, a mild version, but still causes me to have low pressure and other symptoms. Manageable but annoying.
I didn't know eating too much (well, It wasn't that much but I felt full) could lower the blood pressure more, tho.
