That has to be frustrating as hell.
Yeah, it just makes you realize that there is nothing you can do to have everything under control.

And when I get used to it and plan things to do for those hours out, it doesn't happen... you can't win xD

This is really bad, I don't think it will do much good to complain to your internet provider to try to somehow get around this problem, right?
No, because it's not even their fault. They have generators but those are for backup, and they need fuel, so there is a point where they just can't keep up with all the antenas all the times the power goes down. On my area it's 4 hours a day. I usually still have internet because the antena is not here and have my batteries, but still some times this happens.
Wow, what a complicated situation, it must be really bad to live with this problem, after all, without internet it complicates our lives in every way. I hope that one day you can resolve this situation somehow, I wish you the best and good luck in this challenge!
It makes very hard to work remote. I work around it but it do be stressful to not have control of your working hours because for example, I have to go do something during the day, so I know I have to work early morning and later at night... but I'm outside all day and when I arrive the power is out... now I miss a lot more hours that planned... It has happened before, I hate that.
But well, thanks for the good wishes... At some point I will find other solutions or leave the country.
