Again noticing that even tho it sound contradictory, when I workout feel less hungry. I had dinner that is even less that what normally have, just a while after a 10 minutes HIIT routine, and it made me full, it even feels like it was too much.
I might do that 10 minute routine before every meal and I'll even save money xD
Be careful, that is not a good sign.
There is a Cuban trainer/coach that you can ask for free, and he even prepares workout plans for $HBD, but you can ask him about that without having to pay anything.
