Good, but how can you be able to focus on watching a TV show while jumping the rope?
Because I'm a woman 💪🏼 multitasking is kind of our thing. And personally, I'm good and focusing on two things at the same times as long as they are not occupying the same senses. And the rope is silent enough so ir doesn't interfere
