Oh yeah, that's crazy, we already paid, we take care of it, if we need electricity to use it we pay it, yet we need to pay more.. crazy.
Doesn't really work like that in my country, but well, you do pay on everything plus on your income, and then nothing works lol
you don't have property tax? in my country it is not high, but still makes no sense.

I really don't know much about it because as I said, it doesn't apply in my area. I live far from the city
