Idk others, but in my home all the money my mom and dad make is the house money. For me the concept of my money your money doesn't exist in marriage. Most of the families I know and most of my friends operate under the same belief.
As boyfriend and girlfriend is different, everyone has their own money.
And again, me and the people I surround myself with believes in sharing, no men buying everything, no 50/50 either. Simply who invites pay, who can pay pays, who has more pay more, whatever works
