The Bitcoin dominance has dropped to 46.6% during the course of the last week. The last time the leading cryptocurrency recorded a market share of less than 50% among all assets listed by CoinMarketCap was in August 2018.

The BTC dominance decreased by 3.6 percentage points to 46.6%. The total market cap increased by 14.5% to 2.274 trillion USD and is distributed as:
