Woah.. that's a lot of money spent on the project. I can imagine how much more will still be spent on fencing, wiring and drilling a borehole.
I wish you more success in the future.
Right now I'm currently working on getting my personal apartment (a rented one) and the cost of starting from the beginning is really scary but I'm saving towards it and taking steps already as apartments n Lagos are really expensive especially if you need a standard one.
The money I've budgeted it's in no way close to the amount of money you've spent so far but one thing I realise is owning your own building is always better than renting one, though we all have to start from somewhere.
If only the apartment was in Lagos, it would have been much more profitable since the value of such things appreciate in the long run. Anyway, regardless of the location, it's still your house and I congratulate you.
Don't give it up, it takes time to achieve anything. I've been on that project for like three years now, it's taken a lot of hustle to get it done and here we are. I'm not in a rush to finish it. Infact, I feel I'll take my time because I'm very patient. Do what you have to do and keep believing even in the face of doubt.
Yes, that's right. Patience is a very important key to achieving any goal.
Yes, I'm working on my personal project already and I'm grinding daily until I achieve it. Though I made some mistakes, one thing I realised in the long run is that those mistakes actually allowed me grow to see where it wouldn't work and I'm grateful for them.
Thanks for the encouragement. See you on top!
