Sometimes I feel frustrated because no matter how many goals I set for myself, I often fail to achieve them. I want to stick to a diet, work harder, be more productive but most of the time, I can’t stay consistent. For a long time, I felt guilty, as if every failure was a defeat. I decided I wouldn’t feel bad about it anymore
Failing is part of the journey. Every attempt, even if it doesn’t lead to the outcome I hoped for, is a step forward. Guilt should only appear when we stop caring about improving
If you’re reading this and feel the same way, I want to tell you something: every time you try, even if you don’t succeed, you’re getting closer to the person you want to become.
Don’t punish yourself; recognize the value of standing up and trying again. In the end, the goal isn’t to be perfect but to be aware that we want to improve and to be willing to walk that path.
