That was the case for decades. Since the 1980s, at least in the US, the idea of me first was espoused.
We see it in all facets of life and promoted by corporations. The "you deserve this" is paramount.
Crypto is obviously this mindset on steroids. We see millions talking about nothing more than green candles.
