I don't agree with that point.

There is a long time people buy tones of hive.

It has IMO nothing or close to nothing to do with Hive blockchain ltd.

I think more justin sun will close some shorts on hive. That's the reason for the price difference. Would make more sense for me.

Or a combination of everything. Chart technic + news + short squeeze :) But IMO, that wasn't the short squeeze already ( not full or I don't know).

I think we will see ( no financial advice) a huge movement if steem should break down to a much lower level as hive.

Because I think that's the funds for the shorts. But its all theoretical and fiction :)
