"...my upvote doesn't carry much value."
Societies, such as Hive, being a social media platform, have a plethora of values. Financial value is not the most valuable metric people have. Mike Tyson once said that his manager, Don King, would sell his momma for a dollar. Don King valued money more than mom, apple pie, and the America Way - but most people would not sell their mother for any sum of money. I myself have never been interested in social media because of money, and have never sold a token for fiat in the seven years I have persisted on the platform.
@lucirase's 100% upvote carried no financial value at all, yet he upvoted his post. Fourteen other upvotes amounted to ~$.02, yet they were cast. All those votes were encouragement, or facsimile of interest - other values than money. Your encouragement on Hive of their participation on Hive, to my eyes, represents your level of interest in attaining the stated goal of Valueplan and the hackathons, which is to encourage onboarding. Your response indicates your only interest is the money involved, since that is the only metric you suggest has any meaning.
I didn't ask about the other stuff you do. You didn't answer my question about the bots. I note that similar disingenuity and straw men feature in all the responses of folks involved in Valueplan and it's initiatives, which strongly evidences a coordinated effort to obscure the information questioners seek, such as specific accounting for expenses, or onboarding results.
"...onboarding is not the only goal of all the events we are doing in India."
It is the purpose of Valueplan. "...putting our name out there..." has the purpose of onboarding users and investors.
"...you can check the transactions from VP to my account."
I asked you to please do that, as I spent 14 hours on a roof yesterday - my day off - and am about to go dig postholes to make a fence, also unpaid, but essential, labor I undertake for my friends and neighbors to improve their economic circumstances, which is also why I am on this platform. As you are intimately familiar with your disbursements and expenditures on each of your hackathons, I asked you to provide that information. I ask again that you do so. I will point out that failing to do so is an answer to whether you are accountable to Hive for our payments to you.
If you're not, as your refusal to do so manifests, I don't want you to get my money. Answer my questions directly rather than dodging by pointing to other things, or stop taking money from me.
Edit:
"This will help in retention of the developers."
No, it won't. They may make more posts you pay them to make, but when you stop paying them to post they will stop posting, and you know that.
"...retention is next to 0..."
And that is the value of Valueplan to Hive, as far as I can tell.
