Marjos Private and Public Video Streaming Schools

Because Marjos needed to produce many videos simultaneously, Marjos recruited engineers already experienced in using the Unreal game engine. Joséphine wrote the initial course for the training of these engineers, and she gave the first class to 6 new students.

Instruction was given in Marjo's office in Burnaby for 5 days. On the first day, the complete video production process was described and demonstrated. Then each group of 2 engineers was given short scripts and had to produce one 3 to 5-minute video each of the 4 remaining days. In the afternoon, they had to show the results of their work and were given feedback. Of course, they had access to Marjos' growing library of virtual actors and virtual environments.

The newly trained engineers were then assisting experienced producing engineers for at least one month. Then, those that were deemed good producers were given their own video series to create. The others were let go before the end of their trial period.

Because Joséphine had advertised Marjos' process of video producing to other small video game studios, she was asked to train engineers from these studios. Similar training classes were created for external students. The main difference was that the AI-assisted process of going from the script to the initial Unreal video was not used in public courses.

Netflix and Amazon Knock on the Door

In September 2026, the number of paying subscribers reached 8,000. This is when Netflix and Amazon tried to buy Marjos Entertainment Inc. Not that they thought that Marjos was their competition, but they saw that Marjos' way of producing videos was very economical.

Of course, Joséphine refused to sell her company. Then they asked to be able to stream some of Marjos' video series. This time, Joséphine told them that she would think about it, but only after at least 18 months of streaming on 3Speak.

Finally, they asked Marjos to produce video series for them. They would supply the script, and Marjos would produce the episodes, with limited feedback. This time, Joséphine accepted on the condition that Marjos could stream the series on 3Speak immediately after it was streamed on Netflix or Amazon Prime. And of course, Marjos Entertainment Inc. was the producing company and Joséphine was an executive producer. This was a good way for Marjos to have new series streamed on 3Speak that were more than paid for.

To be continued...

The 8000 subscribers is a major milestone for Josephine's vision and I love how she's pursuing her goals with determination. I think she did the right thing by refusing to sell the company to Amazon or Netflix. Her company might even overtake these two in the future. Also streaming the videos on 3Speak is a good idea.

Thanks for this interesting story and have a nice day.

Her company might even overtake these two in the future.

No, I don't think so. If Marjos is really successful, there will be many competitors that will follow the same recipe. Netflix and Amazon would probably recruit several senior video producers from Marjos and create their own video series and movies.

Joséphine is not worried about that, as her goal is not to be super rich, but to do something interesting and to simultaneously benefit the Hive blockchain and the Hivers.

It is pleasing to see the way people are being taught this. If they continue to teach others in the same way, many more people will be able to benefit from it in the future.

If we want to be successful, technology has to go with us and the more we all learn about technology, the easier our lives will be in the future and we will see this company not even sell in the future. will be done and in the same way people will be helped so that they can also earn some money and support their family. Will try, we are getting a lot of help from your post.

The description of the process of training engineers and implementing a game engine such as Unreal Engine is very interesting and definitely Joséphine's refusal to sell the company to giants such as Netflix and Amazon is a bold business move

even though it is fantacy I believe that at some point it may be real.

Marjos hired a few engineers and trained them to enable people to produce good quality videos. Eventually it was streamed on Netflix and the videos were well worth the money. Good work brings good results
