The Grass community is currently experiencing great uncertainty and frustration due to issues related to eligibility for the airdrop and the lack of support from the project team. Several users, including the author of this article, have reported a sudden change in their eligibility status, initially classified as eligible to receive GRASS tokens and later considered ineligible.
The situation is made worse by the discovery that, for some users, the Phantom wallet has started pointing to a different address. It seems that a new address has been created and it is not possible to change it to the one that was mined. This problem prevents access to the platform and the claim of rewards that, in theory, would be due for participating in the mining of Grass points.
The lack of transparency in the claim process and the absence of an efficient communication channel is generating speculation and doubts about the project's management. In the Discord channel, for every 10 messages, 8 are someone complaining, whether about the criteria used to define the amount of token to be received, the lack of support, the eligibility issue, etc.
While the Grass team remains silent, the community remains on Discord without an answer and at the mercy of crooks who try to carry out phishing and scams, sending DM messages to those who are having problems.

Como eu sou mais velho e estou a um bom tempo na web3, acabo não sendo vítima, mas fico pensando nos que estão se aventurando pela primeira vez e a primeira viagem é o projeto Grass. Certamente criarão receio de voltar a se envolver em algo da web3.
