Brazil is a little different from the rest of South America, we currently have our own system called PIX where you can transfer money from individuals to other individuals free of charge. To withdraw our HBD, we transform it into Hive and use the pix method on a broker, the most used currently is Binance, but there are other options.
For a trip to Brazil, I recommend an international credit card, which is accepted in any store in the country.
