I dont follow it since I am not an EPL fan.
But it is fun to watch other fans get excited (or upset) about it.
In my case, I'm upset because so far my team hasn't hired anyone.
It has been a 2-year plan to hire a Brazilian who plays in Russia. I don't even know if he'll really come this time.

I'm always excited about the transfer window, as I, like any fan, want their team to try to improve the squad.
So far, my team hasn't made any hires yet. It's annoying to see that other teams are strengthening themselves and yours isn't.
