Ha! I don't know how many per day. I think if you do more than one per day it might get negative attention. I have never been able to average more than about one per month.
Threads though are pretty much unlimited. You can put links to your article in a thread. Don't ask me how though because every time I try, I mess it up.
Just look at any threads with links to articles and see if you can copy what they did. Good Luck!

Engage, that makes you more visible. Share on threads and on twitter (see the reports from @leo-curation for suggestions.
