I don't think that we have such day here. So, what do you all do there? Some cardio, weightlifting? It must be a good event for socialising together with colleagues :)

I was signed up for weightlifting for the first session, but did yoga instead. For the second session I played Pickle Ball, which is kind of like an easy indoor tennis. It was easy to play, but I am so unfit!
