Reddit is entering the AI Research Battle. $RDDT could be a 100X Banger!

Hi HODLERs, Hiveans and Lions,

Back Story: 9 months ago, I had never used Reddit. After it listed on the stock market, I decided trying it out as I kept being referred to some of their links when asking Google for answers.

Fast forward: Reddit has become my #1 social app and it is not even close. I am also not a big user of Facebook, Instagram as I felt it became pointless and fyll of ads. Sometimes I do get lost in Reels or whatever they call and I feel terrible afterwards.

Reddit is different, I join communities I enjoy (Poker, WallStreetBets, Sport Teams I like, Video Games I play....) so the content and posts there is extremely relevant to me. I also love the old school forum vibes with people having fun, sometimes being spicy :).
You should always invest in a company you enjoy the products, understand them and think they are good value for money. Then financial matters come into play, but this is an absolute first requirement.

Reddit crushed results on the growth and profitability sides last 2 quarters. It is now ramping up and thanks to LLM (AI), it has been translating billions of posts, comments in other languages. This was the biggest hurdle: If you did not speak English, you had access to 0.5% of the content.

This is over, and we can see it in Google Trends. I have shown below the searches for "Reddit". In the US, momentum is still strong. Worlwide searches have been accelerating but where most of the growth is coming from are non-native English speaking countries!

You would have the same graphs if you searched for Spain, France or Russia. Monetization is still extremely low (5% of what META makes per user).

Reddit AI Search is coming!

Reddit announced it started rolling out its Reddit Answers which is the Google Search of the future. Google knew it and licensed data from Reddit early on to train their AI models. Now Reddit is entering the chat and trying to get a piece of this ChatGPT / Google Search business while having the most relevant content continuously updated by its users!

Conclusion

I won't bore you with valuation metrics as most of you on this platform aren't interested but despite its stellar performance. If it continues a few quarters at the same pace and increase the profit generated by user. It could continue on to double over the next 12 months.

I thought to trim my position as I have a lot of $RDDT but after putting my thoughts in this blog post. I don't think there is a better investment and one I am more sure of the outcome than that one. Okay, maybe $BTC 😉.
