The rules are simple all you will need to do is put your answer to whatever the question is in the comments. There will be two types of contests, one where there are three winners who get 100% and several runner-ups who will get smaller votes and ones where there are no clear winners and people will get upvotes from 10-100% for participating. You will have 24 hours (or so) to put in your answer. I will check the comments the next day and make it rain upvotes. Hopefully whales will come in and make it rain upvotes too if they like your comments. Then I will make a new contest and repeat the next day. If you miss one do not stress there will be another one. I don't consider myself a trader (although I have already done some transactions and my knowledge about it has improved a lot) and I feel like a content creator who is seeking recognition and earning cryptocurrencies. Either way, it has been a great journey during these few more than 3 years that I am already part of the blockchain world.
This universe full of possibilities came to me while I was doing a simple search: "How to make money writing on the internet"? and as if by magic (in an online finance forum), Steemit's name came up and as I liked the idea, I started to research. After that I signed up and to this day I'm here (and I don't intend to stop).
Honestly, being part of the blockchain world (through Steemit and Hive) has been an incredible journey. Every day I learn something new and earn some money that is always very last in the real world (especially here in Brazil, where the Real - current currency - is so devalued). This plance is like a great revolution for me (both in financial terms and in terms of knowledge).
I know that I still need to learn a lot (the amount of information and innovations here is very constant), but in comparison to my previous knowledge about all this (which was practically nil), I feel proud to know everything that I know. I could never imagine that being part of this world would be so enjoyable and profitable.

I'm the same I started in crypto with steemit as I was looking for sites that paid for content creators. We all have a lot to learn but I do feel being here for the last years has really given us a lot of knowledge in this new field.

I discovered steemit shortly after learning about Bitcoin and the existence of altcoins. @sequentialvibe and @evileddy and I decided to get into mining to build a stake and found steemit.
Through that blockchain and to hive, I learned how to create content and put my real life networking (people) skills to use. From there, I was able to polish and brand a little of my content, newer some awesome people, and blockchain became a big part of my life.
I was fascinated with the fluctuating value of coins and have dabbled in day trading and swing trading depending upon the state of the market and trade volume. I am not too great at it but it is a fantastic brain exercise and I feel a little more in control over my stake as opposed to just hodling and hoping. I trade many coins and hoard Bitcoin, ethereum, and lumens along with my beloved Hive.
Above all else, I love the fact I came here for the amassing of a token, and now have discovered friends from around the world through whose eyes I can explore and learn...all via the blockchain.
So, I kinda do it all and never stop learning.

I'm the same, steemit was how I started and then got into different coins from there.
I like doing some day trading but it is with small sums. I figure sticking with the divs and piling them up works well and is less stressful instead of watching numbers all day. Hope the trading goes well for you.

I was surfing the internet trying to make money from online activities when I started perceiving the presence of Bitcoin (when it was worth a few dollars). I was not interested and didn't believe in the project, I worked for others to accumulate a lot of bitcoin. One of my big mistakes.
So I made the entry into Crypto currencies about five years ago, when internet marketing programs switched to fees and payments in Bitcoin instead of dollars. I bought Bitcoin and lost it in various scam programs.
I started accumulating crypto only after I joined Steemit, almost four years ago. Until this spring, the crypto currency earned meant only SP (Steem Power) for me, then, when Hive appeared, I turned Steem into ETH and started learning to buy, sell and transfer. I also tried trading activities and as a self-respecting beginner, I sold when I should have bought and I bought when I should have sold! The result was that I lost a quarter of the coins. Now I have calmed down, I started a few weeks ago in LeoFinance and I try to put things in order. First to learn and then to apply!

I entered the world of cryptocurrencies and did not know the real meaning of trader, I looked at the charts and wondered what all those lines were. I started trading for fun and I always got it all wrong, losing part of the investment.
In the period of greatest despair I met Steem Hive and I slowly started writing and improving myself, I started participating in contests and meeting new people. At the time I bought ADA because a friend suggested it to me and it is one of the few investments that I keep in my portfolio and today I have studied a lot and I have understood that it is really a revolutionary process for the blockchain and I have written some posts about it to spread my knowledge on Cardano.
Today I am here and I continue, almost 2 years after my first post published on the blockchain, to write and share my thoughts and knowledge.

I missed the boat on BTC when it first came out because we all thought our co-worker was crazy when he mentioned it in the tech lounge. Fast forward, my cousin is the CEO for EOS Detroit which is a block producer on the EOS blockchain. He piqued my interest again and about this time in 2017 I purchase my first crypto and signed up for a STEEM account. I have learned so much over the past three years just by reading and creating content on that blockchain as well as this one. I did some spotlight writing for a group over on that other chain and now in my spare time I am a staff writer for EOS Detroit. I am also a tech guy at heart since my full time career is running the technology department of a small public school district. I have been really excited about the WAX chain lately and some of the great stuff they are doing with NFT's and onboarding people via social media accounts. In my opinion it is a very undervalued token at the moment. Hive is probably my biggest holding and I hope to say the same thing one day about Leo.

I'm kind of both. I was hearing about Bitcoin 1st. Then I watched some stuff about it on YouTube. I even heard about altcoins. After some time I thought...... "Hey, I should try investing" & I looked for stocks. Read about all the trading stuff and brokerage accounts. Fees were expensive and I had to have a large portfolio or else fees will easily eat into profits.
I actually got to hear about Ethereum even before their ICO. Read and thought it was cool. But I was little afraid cause I wasn't too tech savvy either. Then I heard about the "hack" and price crash. I was happy I didn't get in. But I was still super optimistic for the future.
Sometime later I finally started doing KYC on some exchanges & put my savings onto crypto. It all seemed so amazing. Fees were like 100X cheaper. You only pay a % from the trade. Markets open 24/7. Less red tape and information is a lot open and communities are great. I ended up putting all my savings into crypto.
Over time I've tried much of the stuff including margin trading, day trading, HODL, getting airdrop etc. etc. I found Steemit and made account:
Community grew on me. My social media activity was basically dead. Steemit reived that and I spend more time on Steemit than Reddit etc. I saw tons of projects like Splinterlands (@steemmonsters) pop up. Then came other games and even Tribes like LeoFinance.io I slowly got sucked into the ecosystem and my day trading stuff dried up. I got more attracted by growing the stake & staking it. It's passive income and it's fun to engage.
I've learned a lot and I've got lot to learn.
I'm kind of in a middle between noon & expert. I try to share what I know in my posts and help people. If you check my blog you'll see me giving tons of tips from my 1st hand experiences on trading opportunities or just playing games and learning economics.

There is nothing as confusing as the crypto world to me. I have tried reading the chart, doing the trade, involving in different kinds of crypto token but it all ends with a shallow knowledge on how crypto works. The last time I browsed about crypto, I almost got a migraine headache reading through the long list of terms or the block that's embedded upon another to make the blockchain.
"Hive" is the only cryptocurrency am much involve with currently because it's the only blockchain I understand to some extent and it's funny when I try introducing people to hive. I just tell them the simple and few truth that will impress them.
lol yeah it can be a lot of information when you start out. Sites like Leo are a good place as you just work with on content and make money and don't have to worry about trades.

I'm a content creator who has turned to investing in hive and leo. I know nothing about trading of any sort. I'm just a gifted content creator who feels that I can do more by investing into things I'm familiar with rather than dabble into the unknown waters of trading.
As it is I want to thread carefully when it comes to crypto and that's why hive and leo are mi only investment at least until o decide to fully learn trading. I must say I know there are vast opportunities outside content creating and I hope to explore that howbeit, threading with caution.
So I'm just a content creator who loves to buy, earn, power up and sell to take a little profit.

I don't know how lucky I am to meet this contest and at the right time.
First I would want to appreciate you for coming up with such an amazing thing to help all of us out here.
For today's contest, I fall into the content creator that still needs to learn more about Crypto. This is mostly why I call myself Crypto Baby because I have a lot to learn about cryptocurrency.
I would say, for now, I have more than one favorite coin, so far it has value then I like them lol.

I started my journey on Steem, three years back! I have learned so much about crypto, but there is so much still to be learned. I started in early 2018 on Steem/Hive as a content creator (mostly photography). I thought it would be a good way to share my creative side and make some money. Quickly realized making any money was going to require a lot of patience but I was having fun sharing with and learning from others.
Started learning a little more about crypto and made my first real investment in June 2019 buying SPI tokens. Turned out to be a good investment and I was hooked on crypto and wanted to learn more.
While I still have a lot to learn I have been investing in different projects and coins (LBI, Index, EDS) and even bought some BTC and ETH. I have now put a lot of stake in Leo Finance and the amount of knowledge there has accelerated my crypto education.
Over all it has been a fun and educational ride so far but I think the greatest things are yet to come! :)

Not a trading expert, a writer, who just writes content that is spontaneous and when gets time, and mostly a curator. Full in hive / stem - no other crypt as of now - Leo on plan next.

Uhm I'd start by saying am not a trading expert but I read a lot about crypto and trading on a daily.
Am a content creator, young and bright, I started off writing articles like poetries to the exact! I have a natural gift to create a master piece when it comes to poetry. Uhm I discovered along the line that I had to upgrade to a higher level, a better standard to be a divers content creator and not just a poet. I mean why write poetry and earn crypto yet you know absolutely nothing tangible about it. Dumb right?
Coming to Hive then meeting Leofinance gave me a great opportunity to mingle and learn, i must say that i learn real quickly! Now I can write an article on finance and crypto and my peers would wonder if I attended a different school than them, lol.
I utilize on the Knowledge I acquire from here, anything i read and couldn't grasp, I'd quickly go to the internet and research, just so I could comprehend better and have what to contribute :)
Uhm my favorites coins or Cryptocurrency per say are : Ethereum as number one, I don't know but I just love Ethereum Network. Then Bitcoin Cash because of how transactions are made with an ease. But am pretty much growing more love for LEO, anytime I post/comment and get a little or huge upvote, am always so excited because I know that the more I get those upvotes, the more chances I get to having a growing stake, so that I could have an influencial upvote power that would put a smile on content creators faces each time i upvote their quality contents, just like the way i feel.

Neither of the mentioned option. Frankly, I was completelly unaware of digital currency and also to content creator, till, I get into the platform I.e steem/hive. Slowly i develop, my skills in both. I have few currency now as well as I am trying to improve on my content writing.
As expert advised, I started with safe option by getting into BTC and now slowly turning my tide to more of Hive, Leo, and few other digital currency . I hope I could tell my Kids , I made a castle for them.:)
Anyhow hope I didn't messed up with digital investment, like the way I did it here...not using the correct dapps ( leofinance) to comment.
I am a content writer and I write base on how I feel. Writing on the give platform has made me knowledgeable about the crypto world. My favourite coin for now is CAKE.
